Website & Online Booking Upgrade

cd-fitness.com — online class booking, card payments, member accounts and personal-plan subscriptions, built into your existing site. Same look, same address; your clients book, pay and manage themselves, and every booking lands straight in your calendar.

01Where you are today

cd-fitness.com looks great and says the right things. But every button on it — Book a Session, Register via WhatsApp, Enquire Now — ends the same way: a message to you, then you do the admin. Confirming slots, chasing payments, counting block sessions by hand, holding the 24-hour policy over chat. It works because you make it work — but it costs you hours every week, and people can only book while you're free to answer.

My technical check also found four things silently holding the site back on Google:

I'll also tidy small inconsistencies — the site currently shows two different WhatsApp numbers.

02What I'll build

Online booking, by serviceClients pick Group Fitness, Swimming, Personal Training or Online Coaching — each with its own section, times, class sizes, "places left" and automatic waiting lists. Anyone who can't find a time that fits gets a one-tap "message Charlotte" WhatsApp button.
Card paymentsStripe checkout — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay — at your prices exactly as they are today.
Blocks tracked automaticallyBlocks of 5 and 10 count down as clients book. No more tallying in WhatsApp — everyone sees their own balance.
Swimming blocks & locationsFive Saturdays paid in one go. Clients choose the pool — or their own, with a saved address.
Member accountsBooking creates the account automatically. Clients stay signed in — bookings, block balances, saved locations and plans in one place.
Your 24-hour policy, enforcedFree self-serve cancellation outside 24 hours; inside it, the session is kept — automatically, no awkward conversation.
Personal plans subscriptionShort questionnaire → monthly card subscription → your written plan delivered to their member area. Three tiers, priced by you.
Your admin dashboardYour own back-end page, only you see it: how many people are visiting the site, who's booked into every class, your takings today and this month, late cancellations, waiting lists — and a tap-to-tick register on your phone.

Directly connected to your calendar — every booking, cancellation and change lands in it automatically, and clients get their confirmations and reminders without you sending a thing.

Inside the personal plans: your exercise library

Clients on a personal plan don't just get a list of exercise names. Every movement in their plan opens as an illustrated card — what it works, how to do it well, and where it sits in a progression pathway, so they can see exactly where they are and what they're building towards. A taste, from the Glute Bridge family:

1

Foundation

Glute Bridge

Master the basic hip lift while keeping the ribs and pelvis controlled.

2

Progression

Single-Leg Elevated Glute Bridge

Adds unilateral control and exposes left-to-right differences.

3

Loaded progression

Smith Machine Hip Thrust

A stable way to progressively load hip extension once the pattern is established.

"Progression is not simply do the next exercise. Move forward when the current version is controlled, comfortable and you can feel the intended muscles doing the work."

The Glute Bridge family above is one example. Your library will have many sections like this — one for every movement family in your plans, each laid out the same way, with workouts prescribing the exact level while the client sees the whole pathway. Once you're signed up, we'll map the full layout together: I'll ask you everything I need — which movement families, what each card should say, how you want it all positioned — so it's completely clear before anything is built.

Plus the full Google fix — unique page titles, corrected indexing, local-business data, Gibraltar-targeted pages — and a blog relaunch with six posts written for you.

See it working now

I've already built you a working preview — your brand, your prices, your classes. Tap through booking a class, a swimming block, the personal plans and your own register:

All prices in pounds sterling — the amounts shown are the totals payable. Stripe's standard card fee (typically 1.5%–3.15% + 20p, depending on the card) is deducted by Stripe from each client payment — that applies to any card system anywhere; I'll set yours up with you.

06Common questions

Do I lose my current site? No — same design, same address, upgraded in place.

Who owns everything? You do — domain, site, Stripe account and client list are in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, everything is handed over cleanly — no hostages.

What if a class doesn't fill online at first? Nothing is lost — you can still take bookings any way you like. Waiting lists mean full classes finally capture demand instead of turning it away.

Is the money safe? Payments run on Stripe — used by millions of businesses. Card details never touch your website; payouts land in your bank on a rolling basis.

What about the member app with workout tracking? That's Phase 2, once bookings are flowing — I'll show you the concept whenever you're ready.

07Next step

If you're happy to go ahead, just send me a message — I'll send over the letter of engagement and get started as soon as it's signed.
